R.D. Haggins is a writer, an avid reader, and a lover of films. After over forty years of writing short stories, articles, screenplays, and novellas in all genres, she can now add the author’s title to her name. The Secret Between Them is her debut novel.

 

Ms. Haggins grew up near Spencer, Oklahoma, before venturing to California to pursue her passion for filmmaking. Her studies at California State University, Long Beach, where she majored in Radio, T.V., and Film, emphasizing creative writing and journalism, shaped her career.  

 

R.D.  lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and her two daughters nearby. Her love for travel is not just a hobby, but a source of inspiration that often takes her across America and to European countries. These journeys allow her to explore and absorb new cultures and experiences that inspire fresh book ideas and characters, adding depth and authenticity to her writing.

 

Now, she is busy with book signings, interacting with readers, and orchestrating another world of suspenseful characters as she chases down the startling and unsettling conclusion of her second book.
